摘要 我国有色矿产资源丰富,但日趋“贫、细、杂”的特点,致使大量有色金属矿产资源的开发利用出现能耗高、效率低等问题。针对国内复杂难选、低品位矿石预选抛废或回收作业问题及需求,介绍了对矿石稳定均匀布料、高清透射探测、高速通讯响应、智能识别分类、高效喷吹分离、辐射防护屏蔽技术研究情况,基于上述技术成功研制了SmaRay智能矿石分选机。应用SmaRay-1200对国内西南部某难选、低品位硫化锌矿开展了试验与工业应用研究。现场原矿锌品位为2.58%~3.28%,粒度范围为15~100 mm,经设备一次预选抛废作业,尾矿锌品位降低至0.3%,抛废率超过20%,作业回收率达到97%以上,处理量可达到47 t/h。结果表明,SmaRay智能矿石分选机应用于硫化锌矿预选抛废具有良好效果,对矿山现场节能降耗,减排降碳具有重要意义。 Domestic non-ferrous mineral resources are rich, but it is increasingly characterized by “poor, fine and miscellaneous”,resulting in a large number of mineral resources not being developed and utilized efficiently.In view of the domestic demand for pre-concentration or recycling of complex and difficult to separate and low-grade ores, the development of SmaRay intelligent ore sorter through the research of ore stable and uniform distribution, high-definition transmission detection, high-speed communication response, intelligent identification and classification, high-efficiency injection separation and radiation protection shielding technology are introduced.The experiment and industrial application of SmaRay-1200 were carried out on a refractory and low-grade zinc sulfide ore in Southwest China.The zinc grade of raw ore on site is 2.58%-3.34%,and the particle size range is 15-100 mm.After one time pre-concentration and waste disposal operation of the equipment, the zinc grade of tailings is reduced to 0.3%,the waste disposal rate is more than 20%,the operation recovery is more than 97%,and the treatment capacity can reach 47 t/h.The test and industrial application show that SmaRay intelligent ore sorter has good effect on the pre-concentration of zinc sulfide ore, which is of great significance to the construction of green and intelligent mines.
