含碳硫化矿高盐水浮选分离研究 被引量:3

摘要 含碳硫化矿是一种非常规的难处理资源,其开发利用逐渐成为行业发展趋势。以内蒙古某含碳硫化矿为对象,对其碳质组成、有价元素工艺矿物学、浮选用水水质等进行了详细的研究,针对矿石中碳质高、硫含量高、锌硫嵌布关系复杂、浮选用水盐含量高等难点,针对性地开发了与矿石性质和浮选用水特性相匹配的新型抑制剂。研究发现,碳质抑制剂能够有效抑制碳质物,减少碳质在流程中的循环;硫抑制剂可强化锌硫分离效果,同时显著降低精选段矿浆pH值。实验室闭路试验结果:锌精矿锌品位为45.28%,锌作业回收率为92.93%;并开展了22个班次的工业调试,与选厂原药剂制度指标相比,锌精矿品位提高了0.33个百分点,回收率提高了2.24个百分点,为类似含碳硫化矿的开发利用提供了借鉴。 The carbonaceous sulfide ore is an unconventional and refractory resource, and there is a gradually tendency to exploit and utilize.The object to investigate is a carbonaceous sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia.The detailed research was conducted with carbonaceous composition, the process mineralogy of valuable elements and water property for flotation.Aiming at the difficulties of high-carbon, high-sulfur, complex zinc-sulfur intercalation in the ore, and water with high-inorganic ions for flotation, the new depressants were developed for the unique characteristics.Studies have found that carbon depressant can effectively depress carbonaceous and reduce the circulation of carbon in the process.Sulfur inhibitor can enhance the zinc-sulfur separation, and significantly decrease pH value of the slurry in the beneficiation section at the same time.The laboratory closed-circuit test results were as follows: the grade of zinc concentrate was 45.28%,and the operation recovery was 92.93%.The industrial commissioning of 22 shifts was carried out.Compared with indexes of the original reagent system in the plant, the grade of zinc concentrate was increased by 0.33 percentage points and the recovery was increased by 2.24 percentage points.
