摘要
数控机床几何误差测量与辨识技术对于提高机床加工精度至关重要。为了快速精确地测量机床旋转轴安装误差,对一台五轴加工中心旋转轴结构和R-test仪器测量原理进行了研究,提出了一种基于R-test仪器的数控机床旋转轴安装误差辨识方法。该方法利用最小二乘法求解方程组在约束条件下的最优化问题,将旋转轴上被测点的运动轨迹进行拟合。并根据运动轨迹确定了旋转轴在三维空间中的实际位置,最终计算出旋转轴的四项安装误差。该方法为快速测量和辨识数控机床旋转轴安装误差提供了一条有效途径。
Geometric errors measurement and identification technology of CNC machine tools are very important to improve the machining accuracy.To measure the installation errors of rotary axis quickly and accurately,the structure of rotary axis of a five-axis machining center and the measuring principle of R-test instrument were studied,and a method to identify the installation error of rotary axis of CNC machine tool based on R-test instrument was proposed.In this method,the least square method was used to solve the optimization problem of the equations under constraint conditions,and the trajectories of the measured points on the rotary axis were fitted.The actual position of the rotary axis in three dimensional space was determined according to the motion trajectory,and the four installation errors of the rotary axis were finally calculated.This method provides an effective way to measure and identify the installation errors of the rotary axis of CNC machine tools quickly.
