信息化建设随着5G时代的来临显现崭新效能,公安视频大数据随着国家战略的推进顺应时代发展潮流,以人工智能、智慧安防等技术为基础,现已应用至动态化与静态化相结合、信息化与智能化相融合的智慧警务新模式中。公安视频大数据具有视图数据海量化、视图监控高清化、视频存储结构化、视图应用多元化的特征并显现优势,但生物特征数据敏感,存在安全隐患;监控点位比较分散,难以统筹管理;数据应用安全薄弱,入侵危害极大的难题在警务实践中依旧存在,加强公安视频大数据的实践应用对提升公安工作效能,有助于推进公安科技创新发展,为新时代公安机关更好应用公安视频大数据技术提供决策参考。

With the promotion of national strategies,public security video big data in line with the trend of the times,based on artificial intelligence,intelligent security and other technologies,has been applied to the combination of dynamic and static,information technology and intelligent integration of the new model of intelligent policing.Public security video big data has the characteristics and advantages of massive view data,high-definition view monitoring,structured video storage and diversified view applications,but it also faces some challenges,such as sensitive biometric data and security risks;scattered monitoring points,which are difficult to manage in an integrated manner;weak data application security and great invasion hazards.This paper proposes that strengthening the practical application of public security video big data can help improve the effectiveness of public security work,help promote the development of public security science and technology innovation,and provide decision reference for public security organs to better apply public security video big data technology.
