闵行区重点河道生物毒性监测与分析

摘要 为了确定上海市闵行区重点河道地表水的生物毒性,利用发光细菌法检测其生物毒性。选取了20个重点河道地表水断面,从2017年8月到2019年3月,每个月每个断面进行1次取样,利用Deltatox II生物毒性检测仪测定每次水样的生物毒性。统计每个断面的发光细菌相对发光度,结果显示,相对发光度均大于90%,反映出每个断面的水质都是无毒,同时绘制重点河道地表水断面生物毒性基准数据线,建立闵行区重点河道地表水生物毒性背景数据。 In order to determine the biological toxicity of surface water in key rivers in Minhang district,Shanghai,the biological toxicity was detected by luminescent bacteria method.20 surface water sections of key rivers were selected,from August 2017 to March 2019,each section was sampled every month,and the Deltatox II biological toxicity tester was used to test the biological toxicity of water samples.The relative luminosity of the luminescent bacteria in each section was counted.The results showed that the relative luminosity was greater than 90%,reflecting that the water quality of each section was non-toxic.The biological toxicity baseline of surface water in key rivers was also drawn to establish the background data of biological toxicity of surface water in key rivers in Minhang district.
