太原市农村饮水和市政管网水感官性状及微生物指标的比较

摘要 为了解农村饮水水质情况,对同一时期送检的75例农村饮水和85例市政管网水的感官性状(色度、浑浊度、臭和味、肉眼可见物)和微生物指标(菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌)进行了检测。结果表明,农村饮水合格率为42.67%,与市政管网水100.00%的合格率相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在各项指标合格率比较方面,农村饮水的色、浊度、肉眼可见物、菌落总数和总大肠菌群5项指标的合格率与市政管网水相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在平均数比较方面,农村饮水的浑浊度、菌落总数、总大肠菌群3项指标的平均数与市政管网水相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在43个不合格农村饮水样品中,仅菌落总数1项指标不合格的有40个,占比为93.02%,是引起农村饮水不合格的首要原因。 In order to understand the water quality of rural drinking water,the organoleptic parameters(colority,turbidity,taste and odor,naked-eye visible matter)and microbiological parameters(standard plate-count bacteria,total coliforms,thermotolerant coliform bacteria,Escherichia coli)of 75 rural drinking water samples and 85 municipal water supply samples were tested in this experiment.The results showed that the qualified rate of rural drinking water was 42.67%,and that of municipal water supply was 100.00%,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the qualified rate of each parameter,the qualified rate of rural drinking water's colority,turbidity,naked-eye visible matter,standard plate-count bacteria and total coliforms was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with that of municipal water supply.In terms of mean comparison,the mean of rural drinking water turbidity,standard plate-count bacteria,total coliforms,compared with the municipal water supply,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 43 unqualified rural drinking water samples,40 rural drinking water was unqualified in standard plate-count bacteria which accounting for 93.02%,so the standard plate-count bacteria is the primary cause of unqualified rural drinking water.
