加减桃红四物汤联合冰硝散外敷对尺桡骨骨干双骨折术前肿胀及炎性因子的影响

Effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decocation Combined with External Treatment of Mirabilite and Borneol Powder on Radius and Ulna Fracture Preoperative Swelling and Inflammatory Fctors

目的观察加减桃红四物汤联合冰硝散外敷对尺桡骨骨干双骨折术前肿胀及炎性因子的影响。方法患者60例按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。入院后两组患者常规前臂吊带固定,七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注消肿;对照组加用迈之灵片口服、伤肢24 h内间断冷敷、24 h后间断热敷,治疗组加用加减桃红四物汤口服联合冰硝散外敷。观察治疗前后两组患肢肿胀程度、炎性因子水平、临床症状积分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组肿胀程度、炎性因子水平、临床症状积分均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度较对照组更加显著(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加减桃红四物汤联合冰硝散外敷对尺桡骨骨干双骨折患者术前肿胀消退有促进作用,且能降低患者炎性因子水平,安全性高,疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction with external treatment mirabilite and borneol powder on radius and ulna fracture preoperative swelling and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 60 patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to random number table method,30 patients in each group.Both groups received routine forearm sling fixation and intravenously sodium aescinate infusion after admission.On the base of treatment listed above,the control group took aescven forte pills orally and was given intermittent cold compress within 24 hours and intermittent hot compress after 24 hours for injury;the observation group was applied with Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with external treatment of mirabilite and borneol powder.The swelling degree,inflammatory factor levels,clinical symptom scores and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:There was no statistical significance between two groups in terms of swelling,inflammatory factors and clinical symptom values before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed improvements in swelling,inflammatory factors and clinical symptom values.Improvement in observation group was more obvious compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in terms of adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with radius and ulna fractures,Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with mirabilite and borneol powder has positive effect in swelling and inflammatory decrease.This treatment is safe and reliable with obvious efficacy.
