摘要
依据JJF 1627-2017《皂膜流量计标准漏孔校准规范》以及正压标准漏孔校准装置,分别分析了在高纯空气、高纯氮气、高纯氦气和不同压力条件下对漏孔漏率的影响。研究结果表明,同种气体在较小的压力下,漏孔中的漏率与压力成比例关系。此外,同种气体通过漏孔的漏率会随进口压力的增大而增大,在进口端压力相同且压力较大的条件下,高纯氦气的漏率值最大,这说明气体分子的黏滞性是影响漏率大小的主要因素。
Based on JJF 1627-2017 Calibration Specification for Reference Leaks by soap Film Flowmeter and positive pressure standard leakage calibration device,this paper analyzes the influence on leakage rate under the conditions of high-purity air,high-purity nitrogen,high-purity helium and different pressures.The results show that the leakage rate in the leakage hole is nonlinear related to the pressure under large pressure.In addition,the leakage rate of the same gas through the leakage hole will increase with the increase of inlet pressure.Under the condition of the same inlet pressure and high pressure,the leakage rate of high-purity helium is the largest,which shows that the viscosity of gas molecules is the main factor affecting the leakage rate.
