湖北省水土保持监测站点径流小区布设及观测成果应用

摘要 科学布设水土保持监测站点和径流小区是水土保持监测网络建设的重要内容。由于原有的水土保持监测网络存在空间布局不均衡、监测设施不标准、监测功能定位不明确及不能满足新形势需要等问题,湖北省从2018年开始对全省水土保持监测网络进行优化布局和升级改造,包括优化监测站点的空间布局和对各监测点径流小区进行统一设计等。优化布局和升级改造后,实现了8个水土保持三级区水土保持监测站点全覆盖,明确了监测站点和径流小区的代表区域、功能定位和成果应用。湖北省水土保持监测网络升级改造中监测站点和径流小区的优化布局及观测成果的应用方案,可为其他省份水土保持监测网络升级改造工作提供参考。 Scientific layout of soil and water conservation monitoring stations and runoff plots is an important content of soil and water conservation monitoring network building. Due to the existing problems of unbalanced spatial layout,not standard the monitoring facilities,the positioning of monitoring function was not clear and unable to meet the needs of the new situation of the original soil and water conservation monitoring network,Hubei Province had optimized the layout and upgraded the provincial soil and water conservation monitoring network since 2018,including optimizing the spatial layout of monitoring stations and uniform design for runoff plot of each monitoring point. After layout optimizing and upgrading,the full coverage of soil and water conservation monitoring stations in 8 three-level zoning areas of soil and water conservation has been achieved and the representative areas,functional positioning and application of results of monitoring stations and runoff plots are defined. The optimal layout of monitoring stations and runoff plots and the application scheme of observation results in the upgrading of soil and water conservation monitoring network in Hubei Province can provide reference for other provinces.
