后疫情时代生物制药专业本科虚实结合生产实习模式的构想与实践

Conception and implementation of the virtual-real combination production practice pattern for undergraduates majored in bio-pharmaceutical in the post-epidemic era

目的旨在探索后疫情时代下虚实结合的本科生产实习模式,推进后疫情时代新工科专业生产实习困难的解决。方法通过“互联网+制药企业见习实习”虚拟仿真实验教学完成概念实习、通过沉浸式体验完成认知实训、通过模拟数字化管控完成生产实习,并采用“双循环”的教与学互长模式巩固生产实习成果。结果在虚实结合的实习活动中,学生提高了药学职业素养、熟悉了药品生产流程、掌握了药品的生产管理规程。结论虚实结合的生产实习模式能够达到甚至超过传统进企业生产实习的效果,对于后疫情时代高等院校的生产实习改革具有探索性意义。

Objective To explore a virtual-real combination-based undergraduate production practice pattern,and to promote the solution of the difficulties in production practice for new engineering majors in the post-epidemic era.Methods Through“Internet+pharmaceutical enterprise internship”virtual simulation experimental teaching,the conceptual internship was carried out.Meanwhile,the practical cognition training was performed by means of immersive experience and the analog digital control was applied to conduct production practice.Furthermore,the production practice results were consolidated by“dual circulation”throughout teaching and learning improvement.Results During the virtual-real combination-based production practice,students improved their pharmaceutical literacy,and were acquaint with the process of drug manufacturing and good manufacturing practice(GMP).Conclusion The virtual-real combination-based production practice pattern can accomplish or even surpass the effect of the traditional production practice in enterprises.This trial is of great importance for colleges and universities to explore the production practice pattern in the post-epidemic era.
