基于主成分和聚类分析的无籽西瓜果实性状的综合评价 被引量:9

摘要 为筛选出适宜山西晋中地区早春栽培的无籽西瓜品种,对设施栽培条件下24个无籽西瓜品种的6个果实性状(单瓜质量、果皮厚度、果形指数、产量、中心及边部可溶性固形物含量)进行测定与分析,并运用主成分和聚类分析方法建立综合评价体系。结果表明,采取主成分分析提取出3个主成分,且3个主成分的信息可以解释原始数据的83.03%,并以此构建综合评价模型,筛选出综合得分较高的品种;进一步通过系统聚类将无籽西瓜品种聚为4类,其结果也与主成分分析综合得分排名基本一致;结合上述结果,20Y11、20Y13这2个品种综合表现最优,适宜在山西晋中地区早春种植,同时也为当地特色无籽西瓜新品种的选育提供理论指导和参考依据。 A comparative experiment with 24 seedless watermelon varieties under protected cultivation was carried out to select seedless watermelon varieties suitable for early spring cultivation in Jinzhong area of Shanxi province.Six fruit characters including fruit quality,rind thickness,fruit shape,yield,center and edge soluble solid content were measured.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used for data anlysis.The results showed that 3 principal components could explain 83.03%of the variation.According to the principal component analysis,the comprehensive scores of each variety were obtained.Cluster analysis grouped the seedless watermelon varieties into four clusters,largely consistent with the comprehensive score ranking of principal component analysis.Combining above results,two varieties 20Y11 and 20Y13 showed the best comprehensive performance and suitable for early spring cultivation in Jinzhong area of Shanxi province.This research may provide reference for the breeding seedless watermelon varieties in the area.
