高效液相色谱法测定洗涤剂中1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮含量

摘要 本研究通过对1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮的紫外吸收光谱进行分析,采取合适检测波长,选择适当的流动相,对待测洗涤剂进行分离,测定洗涤剂中的1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮含量。通过进行重复性、精密度、回收率实验,最终建立并验证了高效液相色谱法测定洗涤剂中1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮含量的方法。实验结果表明,标准溶液为0.4~100.2μg/ml时线性相关,回收率为101%~102%。 By analyzing the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of 1,2-benzisothiazol-3-one,adopting a suitable detection wavelength,selecting an appropriate mobile phase,separating the detergent to be tested,and determining the detergent the content of 1,2-benzisothiazol-3-one.Finally,the method for determination of 1,2-benzisothiazol-3-one in detergent by high performance liquid chromatography was established and verified by the determination of repeatability,precision and recovery rate.The experimental results show that the standard solution is linearly correlated at 0.4~100μg/ml,and the recovery is 100%~102%.
