摘要
裂缝发展形态对油气井压裂增产效果有着重要的影响,定向射孔技术能对裂缝发展进行定向引导。基于各向异性弹性力学原理及边界元方法,建立了各向异性地层中定向射孔压裂条件下裂缝的扩展模形,基于最大周向应力准则建立了裂缝开裂角度的计算方法,编制了各向异性地层中裂缝发展形态的计算程序。通过数值解与解析解对比验证了方法的正确性。研究结果表明,定向射孔压裂可产生“S”形裂缝,裂缝转向半径随着弹性模量各向异性比值的增大而缓慢增加,裂缝转向半径随着射孔角度的增大而增加。研究结果可为定向射孔压裂技术的研究与应用提供理论支撑。
The fracture development pattern has an important influence on the fracturing stimulation effect of oil and gas wells.Importance is attached to oriented perforating hydraulic fracture technology because it can guide the extension of hydraulic fracture.A fracture propagation model of hydraulic fracturing through oriented perforation in the anisotropic formation based on the anisotropic elasticity and boundary element method was built.A calculation method of fracture initiation angle through maximum circumferential stress criterion was presented.The computing program of fracture propagation shapes in anisotropic formation was developed.Its validity was confirmed by comparing the simulation results and the analytic solutions.The results reveal that the hydraulic fracture through oriented perforation can generate S-shape fractures,the reorientation radius increases slowly with the increase of elastic modulus anisotropy ratio,and the reorientation radius increases with the increase of perforation angle.The research results can provide theoretical support for the oriented perforating hydraulic fracture.
