粗糙涂层材料的偏振反射特性分析

摘要 选取了三种不同粗糙度的绿色涂层材料开展偏振实验,探究了S偏振光照射涂层表面时,波长、入射角及探测角等因素对不同粗糙度涂层表面反射光的线偏振度影响,并且讨论了实验条件下的线偏振度峰值的变化规律。研究表明:(1)三种粗糙涂层在400~780 nm波段的线偏振度明显大于780~1000 nm处的线偏振度;(2)小角度照射粗糙涂层时,三种粗糙度样品表现出不同的偏振反射特性;(3)555 nm或670 nm处,粗糙涂层的线偏振度值随探测角的增大先变大后减小,而865 nm处的线偏振度与探测角正相关;(4)555 nm和670 nm波长下,小粗糙度涂层的线偏振度峰值位置与入射角正相关,峰值大小与波长相关。本文对粗糙涂层的偏振反射特性研究、偏振双向反射分布函数模型构建及偏振图像探测等有一定的参考价值。 In this paper,three green coating materials with different roughness are selected to conduct the polarization experiment,and the S light irradiation of the coating surface is explored.The linear polarization degree of the reflected light from the coating surface with different roughness is investigated by the following factors:wavelength,incident angle and detection angle when S-polarized light irradiated the coating surface.And the variation of the peak of linear polarization is analyzed.The experimental results show that the linear polarization degree of the three rough coatings at 400~780 nm is significantly higher than that of at 780~1000 nm;and when the coating is irradiated from a small angle,the three kinds of roughness samples show different polarization reflection characteristics;also,at 555 nm or 670 nm,the degree of linear polarization of the rough coating increases first and then decreases with the increase of detection angle,while the degree of linear polarization at the wavelength of 865 nm is positively correlated with the detection angle;what′more,at the wavelengths of 555 nm and 670 nm,the peak position of linear polarization degree of coating with small roughness is positively related to the incident angle,and the peak size is correlated with the wavelength.This paper is of great value for the study of the polarization reflection characteristics of rough coatings,the establishment of the polarization bidirectional reflection distribution function model and the detection of polarization images.
