摘要
为解决某产品副车架HG785D材质导轨生产过程中难矫形的技术难题,通过选取试样试验,探究热矫形温度对HG785D钢材组织及性能的影响。分别选取(400~420)℃、(500~520)℃、(600~620)℃、(700~720)℃、(800~820)℃五组矫形温度,并将矫形后试样与未进行热矫形的标准试样进行对比。结果显示:当矫形温度不大于400℃时,HG785D组织材料性能仍与其原有性能基本保持一致,并已经成功将该方法应用于某产品副车架导轨校正生产中,解决了导轨焊后变形尺寸超差的技术难题,使得技术指标达到设计要求;同时,也为后续生产与研究提供指导意义。
In order to solve the technical problem that HG785D material guide rail is difficult to be corrected in the production process of a certain product,the influence of thermal orthopedic temperature on the structure and performance of HG785D steel was investigated through sample test.Five groups of orthopedic temperatures were respectively selected,namely(400~420)℃,(500~520)℃,(600~620)℃,(700~720)℃and(800~820)℃,and the post-orthopedic samples were compared with the standard samples without thermal correction.The results show that when the orthopedic temperature is no more than 400℃,the material performance of HG785D is still basically consistent with its original performance,and this method has been successfully applied to the guide rail calibration production of a product s sub-frame,which solves the technical problem of out-of-tolerance deformation dimension of guide rail after welding,and makes the technical indexes meet the design requirements.At the same time,it also provides guidance for the follow-up production and research.
