摘要
目的:系统评价与检索分析产后抑郁症妇女的真实心理体验与实际需求。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science中有关产后抑郁症病人心理体验的质性研究调查,检索年限为建库至2021年11月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量并采用Meta整合方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入6项研究,提取59个结果,归纳总结成6个新的类别,综合整理成3个整合结果,分别为产妇负性情绪体验突出,承受身心双重负担;渴望家庭理解和社会支持;生活方式改变,角色转变不适。结论:医护人员应充分关注产后抑郁病人的真实心理体验和实际需求,帮助病人缓解各种负性心理情绪,强化其社会支持系统,提高产后抑郁病人的生活质量。
Objective:To systematically review and retrieve the real psychological experience and actual needs of women with postpartum depression.Methods:Literature related to qualitative research surveys on the psychological experience of patients with postpartum depression were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,and Web of Science.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to November 2021.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the Australian JBI Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care Quality Assessment Standards for qualitative research,and the results were integrated using the meta integration method.Results:A total of 6 studies were included,involving 59 extracted results to summarize into 6 new categories and comprehensively organized into 3 integrated Results:feel prominent maternal negative emotional experience and bear the double burden of physical and mental;longing for family understanding and social support;lifestyle changed and feel discomfort in role transition.Conclusions:Medical staff should pay full attention to the real psychological experience and actual needs of patients with postpartum depression,help patients relieve various negative psychological emotions,strengthen their social support system,and improve the quality of life of patients with postpartum depression.
