The Method of Long Term Planning Decision Based on Best Preventive Maintenance Scheme

在考虑实施不同预防性养护技术产生的效果和费用的情况下,提出了延长公路使用寿命的长期规划决策法,借鉴国内大量的实体工程,对长期规划决策法进行了验证,结果表明在道路生命周期内实施不同次数的预防性养护会得到不同的最佳方案,最佳方案的效益费用比会随着养护次数的增加而增大,体现出了长期规划决策法的优点。

Considering results and costs of Implement different preventive maintenance techniques,puts forward the long-term planning decision of preventive maintenance.By referring to a large number of real projects in China,the long-term planning decision-making method is verified.The results show that the implementation of preventive maintenance for different times in the road life cycle will get different optimal schemes,and the benefit cost ratio of the best scheme will increase with the increase of maintenance times,which reflects the advantages of the long-term planning decision-making method.
