基于PFWD的市政道路路基压实质量检测方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 和传统的市政道路路基压实质量相比,PFWD具有检测速度快、不破坏路基原有结构等优点。以武汉滨湖大道路基工程为背景,研究了路基压实度K与动态变形模量E_(vd)之间的相关性,分析路基松铺厚度及碾压遍数对两者之间相关性的影响,得到以下结论:(1)路基松铺厚度越小,路基压实度与动态变形模量之间的相关性系数也越大,当松铺厚度为50 cm时,压实度与动态变形模量的相关性最好,为0.74;(2)路基松铺厚度一定时,压实度与动态变形模量之间的相关性随着碾压遍数的增加,先增大后减小,碾压遍数为5遍时,压实度与动态变形模量的相关性最好。 Compared with the compaction quality of the traditional municipal road subgrade,PFWD has the advantages of fast detection speed and no damage to the original structure of the subgrade.Taking Wuhan Binhu Road Foundation Project as the background,the correlation between the subgrade compaction K and the dynamic deformation modulus E_(vd)is studied,and the influence of the thickness of the subgrade loosening and the number of rolling passes on the correlation between the both is analyzed,and the following is obtained in conclusion:(1)The smaller the thickness of subgrade loose paving,the greater the correlation coefficient between subgrade compaction and dynamic deformation modulus.When the loose paving thickness is 50 cm,the correlation between compaction and dynamic deformation modulus is the best.It is 0.74;(2)When the thickness of subgrade loose paving is constant,the correlation between compaction degree and dynamic deformation modulus increases first and then decreases with the increase of the number of rolling passes.When the number of rolling passes is 5,The degree of compaction has the best correlation with the dynamic deformation modulus.
