紫外-热-氧老化条件下醋酸纤维改性沥青流变特性研究

摘要 为了研究掺加醋酸纤维改性沥青的流变性能,选择四种醋酸纤维掺量制备醋酸纤维改性沥青,利用耐黄变试验机对制备的改性沥青进行紫外-热-氧老化,在测试醋酸纤维改性沥青针入度和软化点的基础上,采用动态剪切流变仪开展温度扫描试验,测试20~80℃温度范围的复数剪切模量,并计算46~80℃的车辙因子。最后,对比分析紫外-热-氧老化条件下不同掺量醋酸纤维改性沥青的流变特性。 In order to study the rheological characteristics of cellulose acetate modified asphalt binder,four groups of cellulose acetates were selected to prepare the cellulose acetate modified asphalt binders.The modified asphalt binders were conducted with the ultraviolet-thermo-oxygen aging by a yellowing resistance tester.Then,the penetrations and softening points of the modified asphalt binders were measured.A temperature sweep test was carried using the dynamic shear rheometer.The complex shear moduli were measured in the temperature range of 20~80℃,and the rutting factors were calculated in the temperature range of 46~80℃.Finally,the rheological characteristics of cellulose acetate modified asphalt binders with different contents under ultraviolet-thermo-oxygen aging were analyzed.
