摘要
基于哈西大桥转体段主梁重量极不平衡提出非对称转体斜拉桥称重技术研究。考虑转动体系解除约束后摩阻力矩与转动不平衡力矩的不同工况,确定不同顶升方法。选择高精度竖向及水平位移传感器,在控载系统作用下得到顶升力与位移的关系曲线,找出位移突变点与顶升力对应关系,通过力矩平衡原理解得偏心距,以此判断是否配重及配重量方案。试验为后续主梁顺利转体的实施提供了可靠的保证。
Based on the extremely unbalanced weight of the main girder in the swivel section of Haxi Bridge,the weighing technology of asymmetric swivel cable-stayed bridge is proposed.Considering the different working conditions of the friction moment and the rotating moment of force after the restraint of the rotating system is released,different jacking methods are determined.Select high-precision vertical and horizontal displacement sensors,get the relationship curve between jacking force and displacement under the action of load control system,find out the corresponding relationship between displacement abrupt change point and jacking force,and understand the eccentricity by torque balance,so as to judge whether to balance weight or not.The test provides a reliable guarantee for the smooth rotation of the main beam.
