铁路桥梁承压水地层钻孔灌注桩成孔方法的研究

摘要 在富含承压水的泥质砂岩地层进行桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工时,极易出现坍孔、桩身质量缺陷的情况。钻孔作业前,需要根据承压水层土的性质、测管水头的高度计算出泥浆平衡法所需配置的泥浆比重,以泥浆平衡法为核心方法,辅以增加筑岛高度、提高护筒、抛投黏土块石封堵孔壁等方法进行综合处理,可以增强孔壁的稳定性及提高桩身混凝土的灌注质量。 Construction of bridge bored cast-in-place pile in argillaceous sandstone stratum rich in confined water,hole collapse and pile body quality defects are very easy to occur.It is necessary to calculate the mud proportion by the mud balance method according to the properties of confined water layer soil and the height of pipe head before drilling.It can enhance the stability of the hole wall and the pouring quality of the concrete of pile foundation by taking the mud balance method as the core method.There is also an auxiliary method by increasing the island building height,improving the pile casing and throwing clay block stone to block the hole wall.
