下穿既有铁路框构桥顶进施工技术研究

摘要 框构桥结构简单、用途广泛,既有铁路下修建框构桥多采用顶进法施工。为研究下穿既有铁路的框构桥顶进施工技术,以鞍南大道公铁立交桥新建工程为例,首先对工程特点与重难点进行分析,进而制定合理的框构桥顶进施工方案,包括工作坑设置、框构预制、防排水、线路加固与框构顶进等。并通过施工方案,对工作坑、滑板及后背梁、框构顶进等施工流程及工艺进行研究,最后列举顶进桥身偏差的调整措施。 Frame bridges are simple in structure and widely used.The jacking method is often used to construct frame bridges under existing railways.In order to study the jacking construction technology of the frame bridge underneath the existing railway,taking the new construction of the highway-rail overpass on Annan Avenue as an example,first analyze the characteristics and difficulties of the project,and then formulate a reasonable frame bridge jacking construction plan.Including work pit setting,frame prefabrication,waterproof and drainage,line reinforcement and frame jacking,etc.And through the construction plan,the construction process and technology of the work pit,the slide plate,the back beam,and the frame jacking are studied,and finally the adjustment measures for the deviation of the jacking bridge body are listed.
