Contingency Management and Emergency Plan for Highway Tunnel Emergencies

在对高速公路隧道突发事件应急救援中,通过对突发事件的原因进行分析,结合秦岭终南山隧道应急处理办法,提出从事发前进行预警处理,对突发事件发生后进行救援指挥,对救援结束后进行危险品处理,防止环境污染等方面的建议,并对高速公路隧道突发事件应对办法提出应急管理和应急预案。

In the emergency rescue of high-speed kilometer tunnel emergencies,through the analysis of the causes,combined with the emergency treatment measures of Qinling Zhongnanshan tunnel,this paper puts forward some suggestions on early warning before the accident,rescue command after the emergency,and handling of dangerous goods after the rescue,and prevention of environmental pollution Emergency management and emergency plan are put forward.
