摘要
深基坑开挖卸载导致周边建筑物基础变形,进而引发安全事故,因此对于基坑本身及周边环境的变形控制十分重要。以哈尔滨地铁三号线工程靖宇五道街站项目为依托,针对工程地质条件差、环境复杂等问题,提出采用高压旋喷桩进行槽壁加固、MJS工法桩在地连墙接缝处止水加固及对建筑物基础下方注浆等综合施工措施,有效地保护了邻近老旧建筑物的安全。
The excavation and unloading of deep foundation pits leads to the deformation of surrounding building foundations,which in turn causes safety accidents.Therefore,it is very important to control the deformation of the foundation pit itself and the surrounding environment.Based on the Jingyu Wudaojie Station Project of Harbin Metro Line 3 Project,this paper proposes the use of high-pressure jet grouting piles for groove wall reinforcement and MJS construction method piles at the joints of the ground connecting wall in view of the poor engineering geological conditions and complex environment comprehensive construction measures such as water reinforcement and grouting under the building foundation have effectively protected the safety of neighboring old buildings.
