摘要
随着近代天津社会风尚的日渐开化,人们的日常饮食空间也逐渐从狭隘的家庭一隅更多地向商业性的公共饮食空间延伸,尤其是近代天津的中上流阶层或社会名流每逢举办婚礼、寿诞等喜庆活动,抑或是与家人、朋友欢度传统佳节之时,越来越多的人开始将饮食消费的场所转向饭店、餐馆等公共饮食场域。整体而言,随着近代天津城市现代化的加速发展及民众消费观念的嬗变,使得该时期天津城市民众的饮食消费空间得到了显著拓展。
With the increasingly civilized modern social fashion in Tianjin,people’s daily diet space also gradually extends from the narrow family corner to the commercial public space,especially whenever the upper classes or celebrities in Tianjin hold a wedding,birthday festival activities,or celebrate the traditional festival with family or friends,more and more people begin to turn to public eating places,such as hotel,restaurant.On the whole,with the accelerated development of modern Tianjin’s urban modernization and the change of people’s consumption concept,the space of diet consumption of Tianjin’s urban people in this period is significantly expanded.
