摘要
邵雍的身体理论和身体炼养方法受到道家、道教影响。在形而上的身体理论层面,邵雍运用数理思维分析“身体”,在身与物、身与心的问题上有重要思考。在形而下的身体实践层面,邵雍采取了饮酒、练气、静坐等诸多养身之法,以获得超然的审美感受和身安心乐的在世状态,达到身体的审美境界。邵雍的身体理论与身体实践相互印证,在双重层面上实现本体意义和经验意义的身体超越和生命体验。邵雍的身体观和身体实践实则可纳入身体美学的范畴。
SHAO Yong’s body theory and exercise methods were influenced by Taoism.In terms of metaphysical body theory,he analyzed the“body”with mathematical thought and gave significant thought to relations between body and thing,and body and mind.As for the physical practice,he adopted the body nursing methods like drinking wine,training Qi and sitting silently in attempt to acquire the detached aesthetic feeling and delight of both body and mind.SHAO Yong’s body theory and practice conducted corroboration,and realized phsical transcendence and life experience.Consequently,the two can be brought into the category of body aesthetics.
