摘要
在农村地区推广居住建筑节能是我国推行节能减排的重要领域,针对农村地区居住建筑能源消耗巨大、室内环境舒适度差的问题,对京津冀地区农村住宅进行调研,提出寒冷地区农村住宅围护结构存在的不足.以节能75%、增量成本可控为目标,结合《北京市居住建筑节能设计标准》(DB11/891—2012)的要求,利用Design Builder 4.6.0软件进行集成节能方案的建筑能耗模拟;并进行成本增量核算,提出适应当地农村住宅外围护结构的节能设计优化方案.同时,建议在寒冷地区推广应用实心混凝土砖外墙外保温、钢筋混凝土平屋面外保温、双层塑钢Low-E窗,实现节能、成本双目标最优.
To promote building energy efficiency in rural areas is an important field to implement energy conservation and emissions reduction policy in our country.Targeting at the problems of vast energy consumption of rural residential buildings as well as uncomfortable indoor environment,and also based on the survey of the rural houses in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province,this paper has pointed out the deficiency existing in the current residential envelope in the cold areas.Aiming at achieving the goal of 75%energy saving,incremental cost control,and also taking the"Beijing Residential Building Energy Efficiency Design Standard"(DB11/891—2012)into consideration,this paper has carried out the building energy consumption simulation of integrated energy-saving scheme as well as the incremental cost accounting by using the Design Builder 4.6.0 software and the optimized energy saving design plan which is suitable to the local rural residential envelope is proposed.It is suggested that external insulation of solid concrete brick exterior wall,external insulation of reinforced concrete flat roof and double-layer plastic steel low-E window should be applied and promoted to achieve the optimal goal of energy conservation and cost saving.
