摘要 为了探讨中国大学生目标感的结构,对149篇获得国家奖学金的大学生自述或者采访的文字材料进行扎根理论分析,初步构建大学生目标感的结构模型;从高校进行理论抽样抽取12名大学生进行访谈,以优化模型结构.通过扎根理论三级编码程序,归纳出大学生在知、情、行三个方面的目标感维度,即目标认识、目标体验和目标调控,并从这三个维度结构提出相应的增强大学生目标感的对策. In order to explore the structure of the sense of purpose of Chinese college students,this paper employed grounded theory to analyze the written materials of 149 self-reports or the interviews of college students who had received national scholarships,initially constructed a structural model of the sense of purpose of college students,conducted theoretical sampling from institutions of higher learning and selected 12 college students for interviews to optimize the model structure.Through the three-level coding procedure of grounded theory,the paper summarized the three dimensions of sense of purpose of college students in terms of cognition,emotion and behavior:goal awareness,goal identification and goal strategy.The paper proposed corresponding countermeasures to enhance the sense of purpose of college students from these three-dimensional structures.
