基于新发展格局的江苏开放型经济高质量发展测度研究

Research on the Measurement of High-quality Development of Jiangsu Open Economy Based on the New Development Pattern

为实证探究新发展格局下江苏开放型经济发展状况,本文基于江苏2010—2019年面板数据,利用灰色关联度模型、地理探测器等方法,测度并分析了江苏开放型经济发展水平及影响因素。研究表明:(1)江苏开放型经济发展水平逐年稳步提升,但整体水平有待提高,且空间上呈“南高北低”的分布特征;(2)四维指标水平从高至低依次是开放基础、开放潜力、对内开放度和对外开放度;(3)人均财政收入、城镇化水平和信息化水平是影响江苏开放型经济的主要因素。

In order to explore the development of Jiangsu's open economy under the new development pattern empirically,this paper measures and analyzes the development level and influencing factors of Jiangsu's open economy based on the panel data of Jiangsu from 2010 to 2019,using the methods of grey relational grade model and geographic detector.And the research shows that:(1)the development level of Jiangsu's open economy has steadily increased year by year,but the overall level needs to be improved,which is spatially characterized by“high in the south and low in the north”;(2)From high to low,the four-dimensional index levels are open foundation,open potential,internal openness and external openness;(3)Per capita fiscal revenue,urbanization level and informatization level are the main factors affecting Jiangsu's open economy.
