Measurement of Jiangsu's High-quality Development Level and Analysis of Influencing Factors

运用熵值法、综合评价法及障碍度模型,论文探究江苏高质量发展的时空演化特征,分析影响因素。结果表明:从分维度来看,南京和苏州在经济发展和生态环境层面表现优异,常州在社会发展层面得分更高,南京在科学技术层面具有显著优势。从障碍因子诊断来看,人均文化、旅游事业费和R&D人力投入等因子是影响绝大多数城市高质量发展的主要障碍。

Using the entropy method,the comprehensive evaluation method and the obstacle degree model,the paper explores the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of Jiangsu's high-quality development,and analyzes the influencing factors.The results show that:from the perspective of sub-dimensions,Nanjing and Suzhou perform well in economic development and ecological environment,Changzhou scores higher in social development,and Nanjing has significant advantages in science and technology.From the perspective of obstacle factor diagnosis,factors such as per capita culture,tourism expenses and R&D manpower input are the main obstacles affecting the high-quality development of most cities.
