摘要
液压传动靠液压油传递运动和动力,液压油的流动状态无法直接观察,造成了液压系统故障难以诊断,严重影响生产效率。利用无线传感技术对液压设备进行参数的实时采集和分析,可以在早期进行故障预警以及进行故障分析诊断,可以降低设备的维修维护等费用,提高设备可靠性和延长设备使用寿命。文章针对设计设备液压系统中的故障诊断问题,针对液压机液压系统,合理选择参数采集节点,设计出基于传感技术的液压机故障诊断专家系统方案。
Hydraulic transmission relies on hydraulic oil to transmit motion and power.The flow state of hydraulic oil cannot be observed directly,which makes it difficult to diagnose the fault of hydraulic system and seriously affects the production efficiency.Using wireless sensor technology to collect and analyze the parameters of hydraulic equipment in real time can carry out fault early warning and fault analysis and diagnosis,reduce the cost of equipment maintenance,improve the reliability of equipment and prolong the service life of equipment.Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis in the hydraulic system of design equipment,and aiming at the hydraulic system of hydraulic press,this paper reasonably selects the parameter acquisition node,and designs the scheme of hydraulic press fault diagnosis expert system based on sensing technology.
