摘要 当高速公路隧道采用新奥法开挖,下穿密集居民区,覆土层较浅时,不同的爆破方案和施工工艺会对地表位移和隧道变形产生显著的影响,直接关系安全问题。文章结合实际工程,对于高速公路隧道洞口段、洞身段采取不同的施工工艺,同时优化光面爆破施工方案,研究了对于爆破后的盲炮处理和超欠挖的控制,讨论了爆破施工危险因素及预防措施。并对初期支护、二次衬砌的施工工艺进行分析研究,提出施工常见的安全隐患问题,严格控制地表位移变形,可为我国其他相似下穿隧道施工提供借鉴。 When the expressway tunnel is excavated by NATM,passes through the dense residential area and the overburden is shallow,different blasting schemes and construction techniques will have a significant impact on the surface displacement and tunnel deformation,which is directly related to the safety problem.Combined with the actual project,this paper adopts different construction technologies for the portal section and body section of expressway tunnel,optimizes the smooth blasting construction scheme,studies the blind blasting treatment after blasting and the control of over and under excavation,and discusses the risk factors and preventive measures of blasting construction.Finally,the construction technology of primary support and secondary lining is analyzed and studied,and the common potential safety problems in construction are put forward.Strictly controlling the surface displacement and deformation can provide reference for other similar underpass tunnel construction in China.
