ARCS模型视角下我国公共图书馆馆员科研动机提升路径探析

Research on the promotion path of scientific research motivation of Chinese public librarians from the perspective of ARCS model

在我国,公共图书馆的学术影响力是评价公共图书馆质量的重要指标之一,“服务立馆,科研强馆”逐渐成为我国公共图书馆共同的发展理念,在此背景下,激发馆员的科研动机,提升馆员的科研动力显得尤为重要。文章基于ARCS模型理论,对我国公共图书馆馆员科研动机提升路径进行探讨并提出相关策略:一是唤起注意,激发馆员科研热情;二是匹配关联,提高馆员科研认同;三是外部助推,维持馆员科研信心;四是加强反馈,增强馆员科研获得。

In China, the academic influence of public libraries is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of public libraries. “Building libraries through service and strengthening libraries through scientific research” has gradually become the common development concept of public libraries in China. Under this background, it is particularly important to stimulate librarians’ scientific research motivation and improve librarians’ scientific research motivation. Based on the theory of ARCS model, this paper discusses the ways to improve the scientific research motivation of librarians in public libraries in China, and puts forward relevant strategies: first, arouse attention and stimulate the enthusiasm of librarians for scientific research;second, match relevance and improve librarians’ scientific research identity;third, external boost to maintain librarians’ confidence in scientific research;fourth,strengthen feedback and enhance librarians’ access to scientific research.
