电液伺服造波机模糊自适应PID前馈补偿控制研究 被引量:9

摘要 传统PID方法在实现电液伺服造波机位置跟踪控制时,存在精度低、适应性差等不足,无法满足造波机系统的设计需求。为改善系统控制性能,提出电液伺服造波机模糊自适应PID前馈补偿控制方法。首先建立造波机电液伺服系统的数学模型,并推导位置伺服控制系统中各环节的传递函数,然后设计了模糊自适应PID前馈补偿控制器,并运用MATLAB/Simulink实现了控制系统的设计和仿真。在造波机不同工况下,对比传统PID控制、模糊自适应PID控制和模糊自适应PID前馈补偿控制3种控制策略的仿真结果。结果表明:所提出的模糊自适应PID前馈控制方法能有效提高造波机电液伺服系统的动态性能和位置控制精度,并具有较强的自适应能力。 When the traditional PID method is used to realize the position tracking control of electro-hydraulic servo wave maker,it has some shortcomings,such as low precision and poor adaptability,so it cannot meet the design requirements of wave maker system.In order to improve the control performance of the system,a fuzzy adaptive PID feedforward compensation control method for electro-hydraulic servo wave maker was proposed.The mathematical model of the wave making electro-hydraulic servo system was established,and the transfer function of each link in the position servo control system was deduced.Then the fuzzy adaptive PID feedforward compensation controller was designed,and the design and simulation of the control system were realized by MATLAB/Simulink.Under different working conditions of the wave maker,the simulation results of traditional PID control,fuzzy adaptive PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID feedforward compensation control were compared.The results show that the proposed fuzzy adaptive PID feedforward control method can be used to effectively improve the dynamic performance and position control accuracy of wave making electro-hydraulic servo system,and has strong adaptive ability.
