饲粮半胱氨酸水平对离乳期梅花鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮半胱氨酸水平对离乳期梅花鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,以确定离乳期梅花鹿饲粮半胱氨酸的适宜水平。采用单因素试验设计,将16只3月龄、平均体重(24.42±3.86) kg的雄性梅花鹿仔鹿随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复1只。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂半胱氨酸水平为2.8 g/kg的基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂半胱氨酸水平为4.8 (Ⅱ组,基础饲粮+2.0 g/kg半胱氨酸)、6.8 (Ⅲ组,基础饲粮+4.0 g/kg半胱氨酸)和10.8 g/kg(Ⅳ组,基础饲粮+8.0 g/kg半胱氨酸)的试验饲粮。预试期15 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅳ组的平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组的有机物和干物质表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅳ组的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅳ组的血清低密度脂蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组的血清过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮半胱氨酸水平为4.8 g/kg时可提高离乳期梅花鹿的干物质和有机物表观消化率及抗氧化能力。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary cysteine level on growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of sika deer during weaning period,and to determine the appropriate dietary cysteine level of sika deer during weaning period. A single factor experimental design was adopted,sixteen 3-month-old healthy sika deer with average body weight of(24.42±3.86)kg were divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 1 deer per replicate. The control group(groupⅠ)was fed the basal diet with cysteine level of 2.8 g/kg,and the experimental groups were fed experimental diets with cysteine levels of 4.8(groupⅡ,basal diet+2.0 g/kg cysteine),6.8(groupⅢ,basal diet+4.0 g/kg cysteine)and 10.8 g/kg(groupⅣ,basal diet +8.0 g/kg cysteine),respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 30 days. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the groupⅠ,the average daily feed intake of groupⅣwas significantly decreased(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the groupⅠ,the apparent digestibility of organic matter and dry matter of groupⅡand groupⅣwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of groupⅣwas significantly increased(P<0.05). 3)Compared with the groupⅠ,the serum low density lipoprotein content of groupⅣwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05). 4)Compared with the groupⅠ,the serum catalase activity of groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum malondialdehyde content of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of groupⅡand groupⅣwas significantly increased(P<0.05). In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,when dietary cysteine level is 4.8 g/kg,it can improve the apparent digestibility of dry matter and organic matter and antioxidant capacity of sika deer during weaning period.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(5):3251-3260]
