摘要
介绍了某大型给水厂分期实施超滤膜系统的建设背景、招投标参数、方案比选、工艺设计参数及优化设计。充分考虑现场预留条件,将超滤膜进水池独立布置在超滤膜车间外部,超滤膜综合处理车间布置采用双层布置方案,即首层为超滤装置层,底层为配套管道管廊层。此布置方式将降低超滤膜系统提升泵扬程、节约能耗、车间简洁美观、操作运维方便。
The paper introduces the construction background, bidding parameters, scheme comparison and process design parameters of ultrafiltration membrane system in a large water plant by stages. Taking full account of the on-site reserved conditions, the ultrafiltration membrane inlet tank is independently arranged outside the ultrafiltration membrane workshop. The layout of the ultrafiltration membrane comprehensive treatment workshop adopts the double-layer layout scheme, that is, the first layer is the ultrafiltration device layer and the bottom layer is the supporting pipeline gallery layer. This arrangement will reduce the lift pump head of ultrafiltration membrane system, save energy consumption, make the workshop simple and beautiful, facilitate operation and maintenance.
