“双碳”背景下数字人民币在我国的试点现状及完善建议

The Current Situation and Improvement Suggestions of Digital RMB Under the Background of "Dual Carbon"

随着我国“双碳”战略目标的不断推进,全社会各行各业都在谋求并不断加速绿色低碳转型。数字人民币以其交易成本低、点对点转移、可编程等特点成为金融赋能低碳生活的新生力量,并已经在我国多城市多场景进行试点应用,取得了显著成果。本文在深入分析数字人民币的应用优势基础上,对近两年数字人民币在我国的试点成果进行了总结梳理,通过思考当前数字人民币面临的主要挑战,提出进一步完善建议。

With the continuous advancement of "dual carbon" strategic goal, all walks of life in the whole society are seeking and continuously accelerating green and low-carbon transformation. The digital RMB has become a new force for financial empowerment of low-carbon life due to its low transaction costs, point-to-point transfer, and programmable features. It has been piloted in multiple cities and scenarios in my country, and has achieved remarkable results. Based on an in-depth analysis of the application advantages of digital RMB, this paper summarizes and sorts out the pilot achievements of digital RMB in my country in the past two years, and puts forward suggestions for further improvement by thinking about the main challenges facing the current digital RMB.
