国内户用光伏可持续发展研究——商业银行视角

Research on Sustainable Development of Domestic Household Photovoltaic-from the Perspective of Commercial Banks

大力发展可再生能源,是推动绿色低碳发展、应对气候变化、实现“双碳”目标的重要措施;2030年我国风电、太阳能装机容量将达到12亿千瓦,是实现“双碳”目标的重要保障;户用光伏的持续健康发展,是我国如期实现“双碳”目标和乡村振兴战略的重要力量。本文在系统梳理户用光伏发展情况的基础上,总结户用光伏的特点及融资模式,从商业银行的视角分析户用光伏发展过程中的风险点和需要协调解决的问题,并从户用光伏融资支持体系、融资支持模式和融资生态建设等方面,提出促进户用光伏可持续发展的政策建议。

Vigorously developing renewable energy is an important measure to promote green and low-carbon development, deal with climate change and achieve the goal of "double carbon";By 2030,the installed capacity of wind power and solar energy will reach 1.2 billion kw, which is an important guarantee to achieve the goal of "double carbon";The sustained and healthy development of household photovoltaic is an important force for China to realize the "double carbon" and Rural Revitalization Strategy on schedule. On the basis of systematically combing the development of household PV, this paper summarizes the characteristics and financing mode of household PV, analyzes the risk points and problems to be solved in the development process of household PV from the perspective of commercial banks, and puts forward policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development of household PV from the aspects of household PV financing support system, financing support mode and financing ecological construction.
