摘要
为探究攀鲈(Anabas testudineus)胚胎的发育时间和形态特征,对其胚胎发育进行了连续观察。结果表明:攀鲈受精卵为无黏性的浮性卵,卵质均匀,吸水膨胀后平均膜径为(912.92±17.07)μm;受精卵在水温(27.5±1.0)℃、溶解氧≥6.5 mg/L、pH 7.6~8.2的环境条件下,历经胚盘形成、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成和出膜7个阶段、26个发育时期,历时17 h 45 min孵化出膜;初孵仔鱼沉于水底,全身分布有黑色素,全长(1915.31±92.21)μm,体宽(673.85±26.99)μm,心搏率(166.9±8.5)次/min,消化道未贯通。
In order to study the morphological features and developmental time of Anabas testudineus,the embryonic development of A.testudineus was continuously observed.The results showed that the fertilized eggs were non-viscous floating eggs with uniform cytoplasm and average diameter of(912.92±17.07)μm after water absorption and expansion.Under the conditions of water temperature of(27.5±1.0)℃,dissolved oxygen level≥6.5 mg/L and pH 7.6-8.2,the fertilized eggs underwent seven stages including blastoderm,cleavage,blastula,gastrula,neuroblast,organogenesis and hatching and 26 developmental stages which lasted 17 h 45 min.Newly hatched larvae sink in the bottom with melanin distributed on the whole body,and the digestive tract was not throughout.The average total length was(1915.31±92.21)μm,body width was(673.85±26.99)μm and heart beating rate was(166.9±8.5)beats/min.
