2020年泸州市基层医疗卫生机构在管糖尿病患者健康管理现状评价

Evaluation of health management status of diabetes patients in primary health care institutions in Luzhou 2020

目的评价国家基本公共卫生服务项目对糖尿病患者的管理效果,为进一步完善糖尿病健康管理措施和政策,提高基层医疗卫生机构糖尿病管理水平提供依据。方法从泸州市全民健康信息系统中导出2020年全市在管糖尿病患者年度健康体检数据,使用Excel 2007和SPSS 17.0软件对血压、空腹血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、体质指数达标情况进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果2020年泸州市95125名在管2型糖尿病患者血压控制率为18.7%、空腹血糖控制率为34.8%、体质指数达标率为38.5%、血脂四项达标率为8.6%、糖化血红蛋白控制率为69.7%,综合控制率为0.7%。结论泸州市基层医疗卫生机构在管糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白控制率较高,但综合控制率很低。应提高基层医疗卫生机构慢性病健康管理服务能力,特别是生活方式干预能力,提升血压、血糖、血脂、体质指数的综合控制率。

Objective To evaluation of the effect of implementing national basic public health services on patients with diabetes mellitus,in order to further improve the health management measures and policies of diabetes mellitus,to provide basis for improving the level of diabetes management in primary health care institutions.Methods The annual health examination data of diabetes patients in Luzhou city were obtained from Luzhou national health information system 2020.Excel and SPSS17.0 were used to analyze the compliance of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index(test levelα=0.05).Results All 95125patients with type 2 diabetes,their blood pressure control rate was 18.7%,fasting blood glucose control rate was 34.8%,body mass index compliance rate was 38.5%,blood lipid four items reached 8.6%,glycosylated hemoglobin control rate was 69.7%,and comprehensive control rate was0.7%.Conclusions The control rate of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetes is relatively high in primary health care institutions in Luzhou,but the comprehensive control rate is very low.We should improve the ability of chronic disease health management and service,especially the ability of lifestyle intervention,and the comprehensive control rate of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and body mass index should be improved.
