Skalar连续流动分析仪同时测定饮用水中挥发酚、阴离子合成洗涤剂、氰化物及氨氮四种指标 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立连续流动分析仪同时测定饮用水中挥发酚、阴离子合成洗涤剂、氰化物及氨氮的方法。方法采用连续流动分析技术,在线蒸馏、萃取、测定饮用水中挥发酚、阴离子合成洗涤剂、氰化物及氨氮的含量。结果测定的挥发酚、阴离子洗涤剂、氰化物、氨氮在线性范围内的相关系数R均在0.999以上,检出限分别为0.0010 mg/L、0.03 mg/L、0.0002 mg/L和0.02 mg/L。各指标在不同浓度下的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.90%~8.99%,加标回收率在90.0%~109.0%的范围内。结论该法简单、快速、无污染,检出限低,精密度和准确度好,满足实验室质量控制要求,适用于大批量样品分析。 Objective To establish a method for the determination levels of volatile phenol,anionic synthetic detergent,cyanide and ammonia nitrogen in drinking water by using continual flow analysis.Methods The samples were distilled and extracted by using continual flow analysis.The contents of volatile phenol,anionic synthetic detergent,cyanide and ammonia nitrogen were determined.Results The correlation coefficients of volatile phenol,anionic synthetic detergent,cyanide and ammonia nitrogen in the linear range were all above 0.999,and the corresponding detection limits were 0.0010 mg/L,0.03 mg/L,0.0002 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of each of those four indexes at different concentrations was0.90%~8.99%,and the recovery rate ranged from 90.0%to 109.0%.Conclusions This method is simple,fast and accurate,with low detection limit and less pollution.Therefore,it is suitable for analysis and determination of large quantities samples.
