我国常见森林资源调查监测方法分析及应用 被引量:5

摘要 森林资源是十分重要的基础性战略资源,对于生态环境建设以及社会经济发展有着重要作用。习近平总书记提出的“绿水青山就是金山银山”的重要科学论断,既强调了林业发展的重要性,同时也对森林资源的监测与管理提出了更高要求。随着先进的技术和理念在林业方面的应用,要求森林资源调查监测变得更为精准,这对于摸清森林资源总量、监测森林资源状况、生态评价、碳排放和碳交易都有着十分重要的意义。森林资源调查监测方法的不断拓展,一些新的技术应用到森林资源监测中来,丰富了森林资源调查方法。为探讨各类调查监测方法的优缺点及应用范围,从近年来森林资源调查方法入手,分析了森林资源连续清查法、角规测树法、“3S”技术以及无人机监测等我国目前常见的森林资源监测方法及其应用,并对监测方法的效果和精度进行了对比分析,同时对森林资源调查监测方法的未来发展做出展望。 Forest resources are very important basic strategic resources,which plays an important role in ecological environment construction and social and economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important scientific judgment that"clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as gold and silver mountains",which not only emphasized the importance of forestry development,but also put forward higher requirements for the monitoring and management of forest resources.With the application of advanced technologies and concepts in forestry,forest resources investigation and monitoring is required to become more accurate,which is of great importance for getting a clear picture of the total amount of forest resources,monitoring the status of forest resources,ecological evaluation and carbon emissions trading.With the continuous development of forest resources survey and monitoring methods,some new technologies are applied to forest resources monitoring,which enriches the forest resources survey methods.In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages as well as the application scope,based on the forest resources survey methods in recent years,this essay analyzes the common methods and applications of forest resource monitoring in current China,such as continuous inventory method,angle gauge tree method,"3S"technology and UAV monitoring and so on.Comparison and analysis among the monitoring methods are made,and at the same time,the outlook of the future development of forest resource survey and monitoring methods is conducted.
