摘要
汽车在国内的快速普及带动了汽车制造工艺开发的繁荣,而在汽车制造工艺开发项目中如何应用项目管理的思想进行工艺开发过程管理,一直是影响汽车制造工艺开发项目顺利推进的主要问题。以汽车工艺开发项目为主体,结合项目管理理论,从项目管理的主要要素出发,探讨其在工艺开发项目过程中的实际应用。通过节点管控、风险识别、人员管理等措施,最终保障工艺开发按时按质完成,确保项目顺利量产。
The rapid popularization of automobiles in China has led to the prosperity of automobile manufacturing process development,and how to apply the idea of project management to process development management in automobile manufacturing process development projects,it has always been the main problem that affects the smooth progress of automobile manufacturing process development projects.Taking automobile process development project as the main body and combining with project management theory,this paper discusses its practical application in the process of process development project from the main elements of project management.Through the node control,risk identification,personnel management and other measures,the final results guarantee process development on time and quality to be realized,to ensure smooth mass production projects.
