教师教学能力比赛推动三教改革的实践探索——以事故车参赛作品为例 被引量:1

摘要 全国职业院校教师教学能力比赛是由教育部主办的教师技能比赛,通过比赛推动教师教学能力的提升,从而有效推动职业教育“三教改革”工作。文章以参赛课程为例,通过理论学习、技能大赛等路径来提升教师的教学和技能水平;基于企业岗位作业标准,开发活页教材、校企教材;针对不同教学内容,运用多种教学方法,体现学生为主体的“高效课堂”。三教改革的根基是教师改革,载体是教材改革,核心是教法改革,通过大赛成果转化,助力职业院校“三教改革”工作高效推进,提升职业教育人才培养质量。 National competition for skills of vocational education teachers'teaching ability competition was sponsored by the Ministry of Education.Improved the teaching ability of teachers through the competition,and then promoted reform of vocational education.This paper takes the participating courses as an example to improve the teaching and skill level of teachers through theoretical learning and skill competition.Develop loose-leaf textbooks,school-enterprise textbooks based on enterprise job standards.According to different teaching contents,a variety of teaching methods are used to reflect the"efficient classroom"with students as the main body.The foundation of the reform is teacher reform,the carrier is textbook reform,and the core is teaching law reform.Through the transformation of the achievements of the competition,the reform of the three education in vocational colleges will be promoted efficiently and the quality of talent training in vocational education will be improved.
