Neural Mechanism and Treatment of Anxiety and Depression Symptoms Caused by Methamphetamine Addiction

甲基苯丙胺(MA)是目前我国滥用人数最多的毒品,其具有明显的精神依赖性,长期滥用可导致成瘾,且成瘾者会出现一系列神经精神症状。MA成瘾者在急性戒断期可出现焦虑抑郁等精神症状,戒断后焦虑抑郁症状常持续较长时间,不易缓解,这进一步促使复吸行为的发生,成为复吸率居高不下的重要危险因素。本文旨在对MA成瘾者焦虑抑郁症状的神经生物学机制与治疗进行综述,以期进一步探究缓解戒断症状、预防复吸、提高操守的医学新思路。

Methamphetamine(MA)is currently the most abused drug in China.It has obvious mental dependence.Long-term abusing MA can lead to addiction and a series of neuropsychiatric symptoms.MA addicts have mental symptoms such as anxiety and depression during the acute withdrawal period,which last for a long time and are not easy to relieve after withdrawal,thus further promote the occurrence of relapse behavior.Therefore,it has become an important risk factor for affecting the high relapsing rate.This article aims to review the mechanism and treatment of anxiety and depression symptoms for methamphetamine addicts,in order to further explore new medical ideas for relieving withdrawal symptoms,preventing relapse,and improving ethics.
