新时代党员领导干部廉洁素养的培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Methods for the Party Cadre’s Integrity Quality in the New Era

实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦,迫切需要一大批清正廉洁、忠诚担当的党员领导干部。因此,新时代加强党员领导干部廉洁素养的培育至关重要。新时代党员领导干部廉洁素养的培育,是确保中国梦如期实现的现实需要,是纵深推进全面从严治党的实践需要,是不断提升中国共产党人自我革命意识的内在需要。新时代党员领导干部廉洁素养的内涵丰富多元,主要包含廉洁理念、廉洁情怀、廉洁从政、廉洁修身、廉洁齐家五个方面。应通过全面营造风清气正的政治生态、健全完善权力监督制度体系、着力加强党员领导干部思想道德建设等途径,协力提升新时代党员领导干部的廉洁素养。

For the realization of modernization in state administration system and ability and the great rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation, a bundle of clean, honest, loyal and responsible team of Party member cadres are earnestly required. It is thus of profound significance that the Party member cadres’ qualities of integrity be nurtured in the new era. Nurturing such qualities is practically required by the realization of the Chinese dream as wished, by the further promotion of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and by the internal quest to improve the self-revolution spirits of Communist Party members. Out of the plural ingredients of the connotations for Party member integrity, the five qualities of integrity notions, integrity inclinations, integrity administration, integrity self-education and integrity family management are of primary importance. Coordinated and concerted efforts are to be made to improve the integrity qualities of Party member cadres by means of comprehensive improvement of integrity political ecology, perfection of the power supervision mechanism, and stressing moral and spiritual qualities of Party member cadres.
