从火郁发之论尹常健治疗黄疸的用药经验

Experience of YIN Changjian on Treating Jaundice from Perspective of the Release of Fire Stagnation

尹常健教授认为黄疸的发生与郁火密切相关。湿郁是黄疸的发病基础,湿郁日久化热,湿热郁蒸而为疸。治疗以火郁发之为原则,针对郁火之因,需先化湿开通郁闭;针对郁热之果,以清热退黄为主,同时注意固护脾胃,临证主要从清热化湿宣郁论治。

Professor YIN Changjian concludes that the occurrence of jaundice is closely related to fire stagnation. Damp stagnation generates heat in the long term,which is the basis of onset of jaundice.Damp-heat stagnation and steaming causes jaundice. The treatment is based on the principle of releasing fire stagnation,aiming at the cause of fire stagnation,it is necessary to dehumidify and remove stasis. In view of the product of heat stasis,it is mainly to clear heat and retreat jaundice,while paying attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach,and the clinical treatment is mainly from clearing heat,eliminating humidity and dispersing stagnation.
