摘要
为了解决采煤机摇臂极易出现断裂、压溃等问题,对采煤机摇臂受力情况进行分析,并对采煤机摇臂传动电动机、离合器、内喷雾供水装置和壳体进行设计。结果表明,设计改进的采煤机摇臂能够适应煤矿井下恶劣的环境条件,提升采煤机运行效率。
In order to solve the problems of coal mining machine rocker arm which is very easy to break and crush,the force situation of coal mining machine rocker arm is analyzed,and the coal mining machine rocker arm drive motor,clutch,internal spray water supply device and housing are designed.The results show that the designed and improved coal mining machine rocker arm can adapt to the harsh environmental conditions of underground coal mines and improve the operating efficiency of coal mining machine.
