摘要 传统的输送带更换主要采用人工进行,需要大量的人力对旧输送带进行抽出同时需要将新输送带送入,整个过程需要的人力成本比较高,工人劳动强度比较大,且非常容易引发安全事故。基此,通过对带式输送机换带工艺进行分析和研究,设计了一套带式输送机卷带机代替人工完成带式输送机胶带的更换。通过现场工业性实验研究表明,设计的这套卷带机可以实现快速换带,不仅大大缩短了换带时间,提高了工作效率,还减轻了工人的劳动强度,取得了较好的经济效益。 The traditional conveyor belt replacement is mainly carried out manually,which requires a lot of manpower to transport the old The belt is pulled out and the new conveyor belt needs to be fed in.The whole process requires a relatively high labor cost,and the labor intensity of the workers is relatively high,and it is very easy to cause safety accidents.For this reason,this paper analyzes and researches the belt conveyor belt replacement process,and designs a set of belt conveyor belt reel instead of manual replacement of belt conveyor belts.Through on-site industrial experimental research,it is concluded that this time The designed belt reel can realize rapid belt change,greatly shorten the belt change time,improve work efficiency,and at the same time reduce the labor intensity of workers,and achieve good economic benefits.
