矿用带式输送机胶带收卷装置的设计与研究

摘要 针对带式输送机更换胶带采用人工卷带存在工人劳动强度大、工作效率低、卷带用时长、生产效率较低等问题,通过对带式输送机胶带更换装置进行研究,设计了一种带式输送机卷带机,其能代替人工完成在胶带更换过程中的卷带工序。应用结果表明,该收卷装置结构简单、布置紧凑、占地面积小、张力控制平稳,能够满足实际的卷带需求,大大缩短了卷带时间,提高了生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度以及企业的生产成本。 Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low work efficiency,long time for reeling,and low production efficiency in the replacement of belt conveyors with manual reeling,this paper studies the belt replacement device of belt conveyors and designs a This kind of belt conveyor reeling machine can replace the manual completion of the reeling process in the tape replacement process,greatly shortening the reeling time,improving production efficiency,reducing the labor intensity of workers,and reducing the production cost of the enterprise;The belt machine control system has been studied,and the results show that the set of belt winding machines designed this time can meet the actual winding requirements,with simple structure,compact layout,small footprint,and smooth tension control.
